Returns: All Returns must be in it's original condition, including tags. Washed bags may NOT be returned. Sale, Special order and Wholesale items, are NON-returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the items back to us. When we receive the returned items, a refund will be credited back to your account. All Shipping charges are NON-refundable. If you purchase a bag and it is no longer in stock we will contact you and gladly refund your Credit Card. Our sizing chart and bag measurements are not exact, but they are as accurate as possible.
